Peregrinos y sus letras™ (Pilgrims and their Letters) is a cultural organization with the goal of promoting and celebrating the artistic work of Hispanics living in the United States of America.  Formed with the intention of organizing cultural events, such as writers’ gatherings, painting exhibitions, theatrical performances, musical concerts etc., Peregrinos y sus letras™ was created with the intention of projecting a genuine image of what being an immigrant in the United States means at the beginning of the 21st century.  

Its mission is to promote the work of young writers, painters, sculptors, musicians and so forth by providing a platform to present their work, by using all the alternatives at our disposition in order to be able to show the world the artistic expression of a very unique group of individuals.

As part of this mission, Peregrinos y sus letras™ has began by organizing the First Gathering of Hispanic Writers Living in the United States and giving a tribute to Miguel Méndez.  This event will be the spinal cord of all our activities by honoring every year a writer that somehow writes about the experiences of immigrants at all levels in the world.
Peregrinos y sus letras™ wish to work with the entire world community by creating a place for exchange of ideas, intellectual property and producing creative publications that will help all of us understand more in depth the sometimes complex human experience.
